"Honestly not a big fan of anything that has to do with insurance, especially the state of our country's health insurance BUT when it comes to my auto and home insurance I have gradually built some confidence in that sector. Then again I haven't ever made a claim 😉 Having said that Kathy and her team have always been on point and if I ever did need anything it was handled n a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Today was no exception. Agent Cecelio Jaramillo took his time with me to explain some things I did not understand. He was very patient and kind. Also in the past, Hjardist Baldwin has always done a great job helping us keep up with the goings on of our teen drivers and the necessary insurance policy adjustments.
